ABOUT ASIAN AMERICAN GROUP LEADERS
Launched in 2004, the Asian American Group Leaders Program is a dynamic cohort of employee resource groups (ERGs) dedicated to fostering leadership and diversity in the workplace. This program helps ERGs understand the value of diversity, demonstrating its impact on business success while equipping members with the skills to become stronger leaders. Through shared experiences, knowledge exchange, and best practices, participants support one another in professional growth and advocacy. Additionally, the program provides invaluable networking opportunities to cultivate and empower the next generation of committed and successful leaders.
