This meeting is for ERG/BRG Co-Chairs, or leaders charged with engaging Asian American employees. 

Given the continuing pandemic, we are hosting this meeting as a virtual session. For those who are new to the program we will provide an overview of AAGL and how it can help with your ERG efforts.

What is Asian American Group Leaders? 

NAAAP-Chicago’s Asian American Group Leaders Program consists of a network of Asian Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Business Resource Groups (BRGs), and Multicultural Diversity Councils (MDC) across the Chicagoland area. Launched in 2004, it is one of the most successful and longest running ERG program in NAAAP with over 50 organizations participating.
