Wellness Walk

Wellness impacts so many facets of our professional and personal life. Small things can make a big difference, from music to taking a walk. So we've planned an interactive activity each month to help prepare for and deal with growing stressors! Let's share ways we can foster our own wellness and the wellness of our workplaces, community, and more!

ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us this July to foster connection and engagement among fellow members and friends while promoting wellness through a relaxed, social walk in one of Chicago’s parks and along the lakefront. 

EVENT DETAILS
Meeting time: 10:00 a.m.
Event concludes: 11:00 a.m.
Starting location: Entrance of Chicago History Museum, 1601 N. Clark St., Chicago, IL

ROUTE
All fitness levels and abilities are welcome! We will meet at the entrance of Chicago History Museum, then head north through parts of Lincoln Park and North Avenue beach. Everyone can proceed at their own pace. 

WHAT TO WEAR and BRING

Comfortable athletic wear, hat, sunscreen, and bottled water.


Optional

After the walk, join us at a waffle and smoothie shop in Old Town as we support an Asian American–owned business. Please note that food and drinks are at your own expense. More details will be provided on the day.
