40th Anniversary Spring Gala

Golden Lion Honoree  Michael Tang  Chairman, Tang Industries

As part of the evening’s festivities, we will be honoring Michael Tang, Chairman of Tang Industries, with the Golden Lion award. The Golden Lion is a limited edition abstract sculpture created by world-renowned artists The Zhou Brothers—there are only 20 in existence. This award is given out to those who embrace the spirit of the Chinese American Service League (CASL) and make a positive impact in the Chinese American community. Michael and his family are successful in the business sector, but they also have a long history of philanthropy with CASL, in Chicago, and also on a national level. We are honored and grateful to count him as one of CASL’s supporters. Hosted by ABC 7's Judy Hsu the night will be the concluding event in our yearlong celebration of our 40th Anniversary.
