Kalapriya is thrilled to collaborate with Saketh Vasamsetti, founder and head chef of Itlu, for the next Supper Club celebrating South Indian cuisine on April 17 at 6:30 pm.

It will be an evening about identity, memory, and the joy of blending tradition with innovation. Expect familiar Southern staples like tamarind, coconut, curry leaves, and rice — each reimagined with the soulful twists that define Saketh’s culinary voice.
