Do you want to reconnect to the wisdom of our ancestors and connect with practices to support your long term healing? Do you want to have important conversations about the impact of race on our bodies?

In this workshop we will create space to name and address the ways in which racial inequity has impacted our bodies and our lives. We will share tools that can provide support for our wellbeing while we navigate towards justice. We will learn about what healing justice is and we will put it into practice by activating our ancestral wisdom and applying it to our holistic wellbeing.
Participants will leave with:
A clear understanding of what racial and healing justice are
Knowledge about the way race impacts health outcomes
Understanding of what systemic racism is and how it impacts the lives of BIPOC people
Healing tools that can be applied to ensure daily health and wellbeing
Community and connections with kindred spirits
Together We will:
Create a holistic wellness plan to support our long-term healing
Trace your family health lineage
Utilize ancestral teachings in order to set up our own wellness rituals
Connect our family health tree to intergenerational well being
Integrate art activities to their healing practices
Plant medicinal herbs and nurture them
