Whether you're interested in being a mentor or a mentee, our program offers valuable opportunities for learning, networking, and mutual support. CALLING FOR MENTORS
Are you an experienced professional with five or more years of work under your belt? Do you find joy in helping others learn and grow? If so, we invite you to become a mentor and use your personal and professional experiences to make a positive impact on the Asian-American professional community. As a mentor, you will receive a Mentor Toolkit and ongoing support throughout the program. You'll also get the chance to improve your coaching skills for leaders, identify and leverage your strengths to boost your own professional development, connect with other Asian-American professionals, and receive valuable feedback from your mentee. JOIN AS A MENTEE
Are you looking to advance your career? Join our mentoring program and get matched with a mentor who can provide you with valuable insights into your industry and institutions. Your mentor will be selected based on your specific needs for professional development. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other Asian-American professionals in a more intimate setting, receive support, and learn from their experiences. - Virtual Kick-Off Meeting : 6.6.2024 @ 6 PM CST
- Meet-and-Greet for Mentors and Mentees (In-Person Event): 6.15.2024 @ 11 AM CST at Aster Hall Downtown Chicago
- Group Coaching Session (Virtual): Evening of 7.17. 2024
- Three personalized mentor-mentee meetings: 6.9.2024 through 8.16.2024
- Appreciation Party (In-Person Event in downtown Chicago): 8.17.2024

REGISTRATION
Registration closes May 30th, 2024.
- Mentee participation fee:
- $25 for NAAAP-Chicago Member
- $50 for non-member
- FREE for new/renew members who sign-up within March 1st through June 30th, 2024. (Email mentoring@naaapchicago.org your receipt to obtain your promo code).
Consider purchasing/renewing a membership for $50 (Discounted at $35 for Non-profit/Government & $25 for Students) to take advantage of this Mentoring Program, as well as a full year of many other programs and events offered by NAAAP-Chicago.
