Ariel Lounette Landrum is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Art Therapist. She is a proud Filipino American currently practicing teletherapy out of Reseda, California. She is a self-identified "geek therapist" who uses her client's passions and fandoms to create connection, strength identification, and support of their individuality. She has worked with children ages 3-17 years old, adults 18-61 years old, and senior citizens 62-83 years old. Populations she specializes in working with are: military members and their families, the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and survivors of sexual assault and childhood sexual abuse. When she is not providing QA Compliance for a residential facility, she runs Guidance Teletherapy, a therapist Coop supporting clinicians just learning to navigate private practice. On her days off catch her playing Animal Crossing or petting her pup while watching Disney+.

Each month NAAAP Chicago's Wellness program hosts a free session of self-care called Wellness Wednesday!

Wellness impacts so many facets of our professional and personal life. Small things can make a big difference, from music to taking a walk. So we've planned an interactive activity each month to help prepare for and deal with growing stressors! Lets share ways we can foster our own wellness and the wellness of our workplaces, community, etc!

Sessions will be led by our co-founding leaders of NAAAP-Chicago Wellness - Dr. Elizabeth 방실 Smith (PsyD) and Grace Garcia, MHA, BSN, RN.
